Your Owners Association Board

The SMOA Board of Directors comprises of nine members with three-year staggered terms and oversees community governance and policy. Each year, three members are elected at the Annual Meeting to replace those whose terms end, ensuring continuity and fresh perspectives.

The SMOA Board of Directors helps guide community policy with the assistance of CCMC, the on-site professional management company. Since transitioning to homeowner control on December 13, 2017, residents have played a vital role in shaping our community's future.
