Which Way Do I Pay?

Bank Transition

In August 2023, CCMC began transitioning its banking partner from Pacific Western Bank to Alliance Association Bank.

This transition includes steps taken by CCMC and Pacific Western Bank AND steps requiring action by each owner.

Which Way Do I Pay?

If you are unsure how you had previously been paying your assessments, there are some communications which can help you identify which payment method you were using. Note that you do not need to continue with the same payment method going forward. To view all payment methods, please CLICK HERE.

Prior to the banking change:

  • If you were signed up for CCMC Direct Debit, you will have received an email from AAB offering to transfer the Direct Debit account to an AAB Recurring Payment. Clicking on the provided link expedited the transition. Below is an example of the email you would receive if you were set up on Direct Debit prior to the transition:

If you had previously set up recurring payments through Pacific Western Bank (PWB), you will have received notice that the recurring payment has been cancelled due to a bank change. See sample below of that correspondence:

If you received neither of the above emails, you have been paying through a manual process such as mailing or dropping off a physical check, OR through a bill pay type service at your personal banking institution.

To ensure your future payments are processes in a timely manner, please update the mailing address and make checks payable to your Community Association:
